Carousel Splitter is an iPhone app that splits photos into carousel slides. It is built to work entirely on your device.
What we collect
Nothing. Carousel Splitter has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking or SDKs. We never receive your photos or any information about you.
Your photos
Choosing photos: the app uses Apple's photo picker, so it can only see the photos you select. It does not ask for access to your whole library.
Projects: to let you reopen and keep editing, the app stores a private copy of each photo you pick, plus your settings, inside the app's own storage on your iPhone. Deleting a project deletes that copy. Deleting the app deletes all projects. Your Photos library is never changed except when you save slides to it.
Saving slides: when you tap Save to Photos, the app asks for permission to add images to your library. It only adds; it cannot read or delete your existing photos.
Share extension: when you share photos to Carousel Splitter from another app, the photos are copied into storage shared only between Carousel Splitter and its share extension, then imported into the app.
Metadata: exported slides do not include location (GPS) data from the original photo.
Purchases
The optional Pro upgrade is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. The app only checks with Apple whether Pro has been purchased on your Apple Account.
Children
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
